The Lakeside Weekday Education program is a wonderful and caring place for children and families. We hope you will register with us.
Children who will be 6 months by September 1st, 2012 - 5K are welcome.
Please fill out the registration packet completely before turning it in. The affidavit at the end of the packet should be filled out and signed with a notary present. We have a notary on our staff. Bring it with you unsigned when you come to register.
