Social networking has become a part of everyday life. At Lakeside, we have decided to put it to use in information you and our community of special events. What better way to interact with those around Lakeside than through social networking; keeping our entire Faith Family abreast on the latest, while reaching out to those in our community and inviting them to be a part of Lakeside. Social outlets like Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace offer great outreach opportunities to those who may not necessarily step into a church otherwise. Our goal is put such sites to work carrying the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
Lakeside currently shares information for multiple ministries through Twitter and Facebook. We use twitter as an information outreach tool to deliver upcoming event notifications and special announcements. Lakeside Kids and Mother of PreSchoolers (MOPS) use Facebook to post upcoming events and blogs. Facebook links are included on their respective pages.

The student twitter tweets specifics information about upcoming student events. To follow the student twitter, you can use the two way above; except use LBSTUDENT in place of LAKESIDEBC.
